Special Needs

This pamphlet is directed to all those who may have special needs. It lists contact details for a variety of organizations that assist elderly, people suffering form a range of health related issues, mental disorders, disabled or those who are looking for legal advice. It also explains APCS' role and assistance it can offer to those experiencing such conditions.
