This pamphlet builds on a commonly accepted notion that elderly people prefer to remain in their homes rather then to relocate to residential care facilities. In order to continue to live in one's home some individuals may require assistance from aged care services. This pamphlet provides a short list of types of aged care programs that offer assistance to elderly and disabled people and their carers.
